Abused, Missing: Pink Friday, It’s a Bang, Charm Me Again

In the 4th race July 3rd at Delta, 3-year-old Pink Friday hit the rail and was pulled up. In her next race, a $5,000 claiming October 3rd at Evangeline, she finished last of 10 – “sluggish, out of it.” She has not been heard from since. Trainer, Louis Lee; owner/breeder Lamont Lee.

In the 8th race July 5th at Delaware, 3-year-old It’s a Bang “was pulled up in apparent distress.” In his next race, August 11th at Parx, he finished last of 10, 18+ lengths back. The race after that, August 29th at Penn, he was pulled up after a half. He has not been heard from since. Trainer, Donald Barr; owner, Walter Vieser II.

On July 5th at Mountaineer, 7-year-old Charm Me Again “took a bad step and fell” in a $5,000 claiming race. She did not finish. In her next race – $5,000 claiming, August 26th, Mountaineer – she finished last – “wilted,” “spent.” She has not been heard from since. Trainer/owner, Loren Cox.
