The horror story for these horses continues.
And those who have the power to intervene continue to do NOTHING!
This business has been getting away with killing horses for so long now, with ZIPPO accountability and repercussions, that they just keep doing it.
There is no deterrent to change their ways, and they certainly aren’t altruistically motivated.
They self manage, and are unanswerable to outside animal organizations.
There is no neutral organization over looking these deaths – none.
So “business as usual” continues with the dying racehorses piling up in the dirt.
